The Plumsteadville Inn offers a variety of different spaces within the restaurant to suit any tastes, needs and occasions.
From casual to a more quiet, intimate dining experience and even al fresco dining – The Plum offers it all!
To make reservations easier and to help you find your favorite seat in the house, you may reference the floor plan and specific room descriptions below.
For specific accommodations, please let us know when calling for reservations or you may speak to your hostess upon arrival.
This is the largest of the dining areas in the restaurant.
It features a beautiful stone fireplace and a newly refurbished 1894 Steinway grand piano and is often one of the livelier dining spaces in the restaurant.
Here you will find the bar, live entertainment, flat screen TV’s and a more festive atmosphere.
The original bar still has the same name plates that have been here for years.
This a great area to watch all games or enjoy a drink with a friend!
Behind the bar is a room which was a part of the original cottage circa 1716 featuring an exquisite fireplace and vaulted ceilings.
It is now home to a temperature-controlled wine closet and TV.
The Original Dining Rooms
The Original Dining room was the first addition to the original cottage in 1751. Located behind the bar, this is perfect spot for date night, groups looking for a quiet atmosphere or intimate dining.
The original dining consists of 3 separate dining rooms:
~ The Hunt Room
~ The Chandelier Room
~ The Wine Room
The updated Garden Room is located on the side of the bar and lounge and overlooking the outdoor patio.
Plenty of natural light makes this is the perfect spot for a romantic dinner or intimate gathering for friends and family. Great for parties of 30-45.
Outdoor Patio & Porch
The Outdoor Patio and porch is open seasonally.
A great space to enjoy food and drinks by the fire pit, or stop by for Happy Hour around the fountain statue.
Located off the main tavern room, The Colonial Room is perfect for private parties 15-25 people.
